The Cottage is 250 metres from the main road, the Fosse Way (B4455) and is accessed by a long private tarmac drive. It has been completely modernised and offers secure parking in a large courtyard shared with the owners' property - Fosseway Barns.

Barn Owl Cottage has its own private landscaped gardens with secluded patio. A nearby public right of way offers delightful walking possibilities and leads to Offchurch village and the Grand Union Canal tow path. Guests will also enjoy strolling in the owners' paddock and watching the wildlife pond and breathtaking Warwickshire sunsets.
